Farmer stated that the new stop is “not being used” and that coaches continue to pick up from Old Steine, which he claims is not a viable solution. National Express has confirmed that it will continue to operate from Old Steine due to “operational requirements,” despite the council’s efforts to encourage the use of Stroudley Road.
